Madison Energy Group's M&V (measurement and verification or pilot program process) is designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our energy efficiency technologies before full-scale implementation. The process begins with a discovery phase, where we collaborates with clients to identify opportunities and define success metrics. This is followed by a site survey to evaluate equipment compatibility and establish a baseline for energy consumption. Madison then installs their technologies on selected equipment and continues metering to capture performance data. After a thorough analysis by third-party engineers, the results are presented in a detailed project proposal, highlighting energy savings and ROI. Once approved, Madison executes the project with a turnkey approach, managing everything from installation to post-install verification. This comprehensive pilot program ensures clients can confidently invest in Madison Energy Group's solutions, knowing they will achieve significant energy savings and operational improvements.

Madison Energy contracts with HMS Engineering and Tower Engineering as well as CLEAResult and Trane for its data analytics and performance reporting. Data is also submitted to utilities in 15-minute interval format for the processing of rebates/incentives.
