Our process is well planned, methodical and effective.  We begin by assessing the existing building conditions; scouring for opportunities to improve the palette before any technologies are applied.  Our project engineers test the building envelope and look for general maintenance issues that are contributing to inefficiencies.  We then assess refrigeration and HVAC equipment for compatibility with various controls, evaluate LED lighting retrofit options, and possible solar and/or combined heat and power.  In parallel, our specialists retroactively audit utility invoices for accuracy, rate plans, tariffs, etc. and search the market for better rates.
